Terms
These terms describe what Mutally does, what it leaves to you, and how your account and your data end.
Who runs Mutally
Mutally is run by Rustam Samandarov, Tashkent, Nurafshon 38, 5, Uzbekistan. Contact: support@rsteam.uz.
What Mutally does
- Records the loans, repayments and shared bills you tell it about in ChatGPT or Claude, each with the person, amount, currency and date.
- Lets the other person approve or dispute each entry through a link you share, so you both see the same numbers.
- Calculates balances per currency, an approximate total in your home currency, and what is overdue or due soon.
- Keeps the shares and payments of the groups you create or join.
- Exports your entries as an Excel file and a CSV.
What Mutally does not do
- It never moves money, holds a balance or takes payments. A repayment you record is a record, not a payment.
- It never charges or collects fees. A fee you record between two people is only a record.
- It adds no interest to any amount.
- It never messages anyone. Share hands your message to the messenger you choose, and you send it yourself.
- It gives no legal or financial advice.
- The total in your home currency uses a public daily exchange rate and is approximate.
Entries about other people
Record only real debts, with people you know. The other person sees your entries about them once they connect and can dispute any of them; a disputed entry stays marked until you correct or delete it.
How your account and data end
You can delete any entry you recorded, or your whole account, at any time; Mutally deletes only after you confirm. A deleted entry can be restored for 30 days. Deleting your account happens at once and cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.
Liability
Mutally is provided as is. The balances it shows come from the entries the people involved recorded and approved. The operator accepts no liability for indirect loss.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
How Mutally handles your data is in the privacy policy.
