Common problems
The other person never got my invite link
Mutally sends no messages, so a link reaches the other person only when you send it. A link works once and for 7 days.
- Ask Mutally for a new invite link for that person. The earlier link stops working.
- Send the ready message yourself, in the app you usually write to them in.
- Ask them to open it, sign in and approve. Then you are connected.
The wrong person is connected
Someone opened a link that was not meant for them, or a contact was linked to a different person than you meant.
- Tell Mutally that the person connected to that contact is the wrong one.
- Ask Mutally to end the connection. Your own entries stay in your book.
- Make a new invite link and send it to the right person.
I want to delete everything
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, and nothing is deleted without you asking.
- Ask Mutally to export your records first, if you want a copy.
- Ask Mutally to delete your account and all your data, and confirm when it asks.
- If something is still unclear, write to support.
