How to use Mutally

Mutally keeps one shared record of who owes whom. You talk to it in ChatGPT or Claude; the other person approves what you record, and you both see the same balances.

What Mutally does

Say in one sentence who owes whom, when money changes hands. Mutally records it in your book, in any currency.

To keep the same record with another person, you send them an invite link yourself. Once they open it, sign in and approve, the two of you are connected: later entries between you reach their side as requests to approve, or to dispute with a note.

Mutally works out the balances, keeps the history, splits bills, repeats monthly debts and runs groups. Everything is in your own words, in your own language.

Server address

https://mutally.rsteam.uz/mcp

Paste it when ChatGPT or Claude asks for the server address.

Connect Mutally

Connect it once. With the same account, your book is the same in ChatGPT and in Claude.

Using ChatGPT

  1. Find Mutally in ChatGPT's app directory and select Connect. If it is not listed yet, add a custom app in ChatGPT's settings and paste the server address above.
  2. Sign in to Mutally, or create an account, then allow access.
  3. Back in the chat, write what happened, for example the first sentence below.

Using Claude

  1. Find Mutally in Claude's connector directory and select Connect. If it is not listed yet, add a custom connector in Claude's settings and paste the server address above.
  2. Sign in to Mutally, or create an account, then allow access.
  3. Back in the chat, write what happened, for example the first sentence below.

Record a debt

Loans, repayments, gifts and opening balances. A repeated message does not add the entry twice, and a likely duplicate is asked about first.

You can say
  • I lent Aziz 50 dollars for lunch.
  • Aziz paid me back 20 dollars.
  • I owe Dilnoza 300,000 sums from last month.

Split a bill

Name who paid and who shared the bill. Mutally records what each person owes the payer.

You can say
  • I paid 90 dollars for dinner, split between me, Aziz and Dilnoza.
  • Aziz covered the taxi, 24 dollars, we split it two ways.

Share the link

Mutally never messages anyone. It gives you a single-use invite link, valid for 7 days, and a ready message; you send it yourself. Making a new link stops the earlier one.

You can say
  • Make an invite link for Aziz.
  • Connect me with Dilnoza.

Approve or dispute

Entries the other person records arrive as requests. Approve one, or say it is wrong with a note. A disputed entry stays marked until it is corrected or deleted.

You can say
  • What is waiting for my approval?
  • Approve Aziz's entries.
  • The 50 dollars is wrong, it was 40.

See the balances

Who owes you and whom you owe, per person and per currency, and the history with one person.

You can say
  • Who owes me money?
  • What do I owe in total?
  • Show my history with Aziz.

Repeat a debt

A debt that repeats each month, or an installment plan. The monthly charge appears on its day; either side can change or end it, and the other side approves.

You can say
  • Aziz owes me 100 dollars a month for rent, on the 5th.
  • End the monthly rent with Aziz.

Run a group

A group organizes debts among several people, for a trip or a shared gift. Members who join are connected to each other. A group only records; it never moves money.

You can say
  • Start a group for the trip.
  • Make a link so friends can join the trip group.
  • Who should pay whom in the trip group?

Correct or delete

Fix an entry, undo the fix, or delete an entry and restore it within the restore window. If the other person already answered, the change goes back to them for approval.

You can say
  • Change the lunch with Aziz to 45 dollars.
  • Delete the last entry.
  • Undo that correction.

Export and delete

Export your records as Excel or CSV. Delete your account and data when you want to leave; people connected to you keep their own entries.

You can say
  • Export my records.
  • Delete my account and everything in it.

What Mutally never does

  • It moves no money. It does not pay, collect, charge fees or add interest.
  • It messages no one. You share every link yourself.
  • It is not a bank or a debt collector: it keeps a shared record of who owes whom.
  • It shows no one your records until they are connected with you.
